Description
This is a light and fresh manzanilla sherry made from grapes that are sourced from a single vineyard; it’s a wine that’s dry with a lovely salty character. The term ‘pasada’ refers to the fact that this sherry is an older manzanilla with more flavour after being aged for about 12 years in American oak casks.
