La Pera 2023

Winemaking: grapes from our young vineyards, planted at an altitude of 680 meters. Very aromatic varieties which give a fresh, fruity and greedy nose, joined to the complexity of the viura on the palate. Alcoholic fermentation done by separate and controled in stainless steel tanks. Tasting notes: bright straw yellow colour with brilliant greenish glints. Intense on the nose with tropical fruit, peach skin and citrus aromas. Balanced and well-structured to the palate, long and with a good acidity and greedy aftertaste.
