Bodegas García de Lara

We are a small family winery in Villarrubia de Santiago, a village in Toledo province. Running from 2017 but with wine-producing tradition from 1878, our aim is to produce fine wines from our old family vineyards, respecting the character of the grape varieties and the terroir. We elaborate three single vineyards: old&bush vines of local varieties (ungrafted Airén, ungrafted Tinto de la Pámpana Blanca and Cencibel), with no irrigation and in process of organic certification. Planted in 1935, 1950 and 1960, the result is four monovarietal fine wines with good international ratings.
